Because of the hollow expander design reloaders have the ability to expand a case and drop powder simultaneously while keeping the powder measure mounted to the top.
This die system is made to fit all of the standard powder measures; the shell holder is sold separately. Included with the system is an expander body nonexpanding universal powder drop tube and hollow expanders for 9mm 10mm/.40 S&W .38/.357 .41 .44 and .45.
